Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Loubalou currently ships Australia wide and to most countries worldwide.

Orders are guaranteed to leave our studio each Wednesday. Whilst we endeavour to get your orders processed faster, as a small, family run business, this isn’t always possible. Please email us if you need your order urgently and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details on your order are correct. If you notice an error with your order details, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee amendments outside of this timeframe and this may incur costs to the customer (including, but not limited to administration fees, redelivery fees and extensive delays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We will always request your packages be left in a safe, secure and undercover place. If this has not happened and you are disappointed with the care taken with your package, please email us at hi@loubalou.au with your order number, concerns and photos of your package so we can investigate this further.

We currently charge $10 for standard delivery Australia wide, and $30 for international deliveries.

RETURNS

Loubalou does not accept returns for change of mind.

If the sizing is not quite right, please email us at hi@loubalou.au so we can organise an exchange. Please note Loubalou does not cover delivery costs on returns unless they are faulty. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Please check over your items within 7 days of your order’s arrival. If an item arrives faulty, please email us at hi@loubalou.au with photos and descriptions of damage, so we can assess and determine if a replacement, refund or return is appropriate for you.
